Architectural Science, Associate in Science
The Associate in Science in Architectural Science degree provides a balance of architectural technology and architectural design; courses provide students with a diverse foundation of knowledge in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning which prepares students for careers in a wide range of design fields.
The AS degree provides students with the skills necessary to design, model or present a wide array of projects according to the latest standards and advances in technology. Students may choose a specific area of study or to gain broad knowledge in diverse fields. The use of state of the art parametric modeling programs provides students with employment and advanced education skills. The curriculum visualizes architecture as a cultural, creative, and technical practice discipline with direct social impact.
The AS degree is designed to prepare students to work as architectural technicians or designers in an architectural, engineering, or development office.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
