This program provides career preparation and workplace skills for students with unique abilities. It is designed to provide participants with essential workplace skills to enhance their employability and provide value to local employers. Students will complete specialized courses with individualized assessments and guidance documenting their achievement of job skills.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to: 

• Demonstrate appropriate social skills and optimal workplace behavior.
• Demonstrate appropriate communication skills for the workplace.
• Apply computer, personal finance, and technological skills for the workplace in data processing or other entry level environment.
