CNC Machine Operator, Certificate of Achievement
The Certificate of Achievement in CNC Machine Operator prepares students to develop the core technical skills necessary to meet the needs and challenges within the various manufacturing industries. Students will integrate and apply concepts from the areas from advanced manufacturing using the most modern software and hardware to provide a good environment for learning. The inclusion of multi-axis machining, new computer-controlled laser technology, and continuing use of general manufacturing process technology gives the students access to industrial tools and technologies found in the industry.
Students who complete this certificate will be prepared for careers in a variety of occupations related to multiple career pathway opportunities in manufacturing, specifically as a CNC machine operator or a manufacturing quality inspector.
