Web Design Basics, Certificate of Achievement
The Certificate of Achievement in Web Design Basics prepares students to work in computer systems design and related services, publishing industries, management, scientific and technical consulting services, advertising, public relations, and related services. Students completing this program will be well-versed in web design principles and apply them to UI/UX design, media integration, site structure, styling, and production.
Students will be engaged in contextualized and experiential learning while digitally applying the fundamental principles of design to concrete, real-world projects. To earn a Certificate of Achievement in Web Design Basics, students must complete 24 specified units. Students are encouraged to participate in a 60-180 hour internship with a Moorpark College-affiliated industry.

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
