Pathway to Law School, Certificate of Achievement
Pathway to Law School, Certificate of Achievement
The Pathway to Law School Certificate of Achievement (COA) provides a good academic foundation for a pre-law or related major at a baccalaureate-granting institution. Many of the courses present in this Certificate of Achievement are also options for the completion of the Associate in Arts in Law, Public Policy, and Society for Transfer. The completion of the courses in this Certificate of Achievement will assist students to be recognized as a community college Pathway to Law School scholar. This recognition will assist students with law school admissions.
Students are strongly encouraged to meet with the Pathway to Law Counselor, or other Ventura College counselors, to ensure that the appropriate courses are selected for the student’s chosen major to universities and colleges in California or out-of-state.
